                            Please coordinate your departure walkthrough when checking in

                            and let us know through your stay if opting to stay an additional night

Credit Card Pre-Authorization

​

                          A valid credit card will be required for pre-authorized at your arrival check-in.

                          The credit card will be authorized for the amount of any incidental purchases in marketplace / rentals or damages.

 

Payment Policy

                         Payment is due at the time of booking. 

 

    FireSong accepts the following forms of payment:

• Cash or Debit can be pre-paid at the FireSong Marketplace

• E-transfer is preferred and can be sent to firesongcanada@gmail.com

• Credit cards are taken for payment of incidentals only however arrangements can be made if required

We strive to provide a beautiful guest experience and we do this by protecting the integrity of the build.

We ask that you book your reservation based on the number of beds you require. 

 

If booked beyond the capacity detailed below, one additional night will be charged.

The Gathering Place

The Gathering Place is where you will often find us enjoying our guests and a warm welcome fire. . . maybe even a glass of FireSong wine and a charcuterie board.  Cards and games are available, 

 

Every Sunday we host our complimentary blueberry pancake breakfast.

 

Family Friendly Property

​

Rarely are there noise complaints or disturbances that require more than a reminder.  However, should there be a disturbance requiring police it will result in eviction from the property without refund 

​

Smoking Policy

 

All cabins and public spaces, are 100% non-smoking.  We have sand-filled vessels on each deck for those who do smoke

A $350 CND cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy within a cabin at FireSong Resort Village.

Trailers

Spaces are available to park your Boat or ATV Trailer.  Let us know at check-in how we can best help.
