In the event you must cancel for any reason related to COVID:
We offer a full credit as a rescheduled stay with no rebooking fees or expiry. Group bookings can be used as individual stays and cabins can be exchanged until the credit is used in full.
Our philosophy has always been win-win or no deal.... again, your rebooked dates are fully transferable and have no expiry. However, should you see no likelihood, of using your booking, feel free to sell it or gift it, and do let us know, so we can help you sell it to recover your costs.
